Camp 21: Cultybraggan

Kampfgruppe Schottland has worked with Cultybraggan Camp in Comrie, Perthshire in demonstrating and preserving its history. Purchased by the local community, Camp 21 is one of the best examples of a purpose built prisoner of war camp left in the UK and housed German Prisoners of War until 1947.

As part of the show, we have marched the two miles to the camp in the footsteps of every prisoner of war ever sent there and portrayed the various units held in captivity during and after hostilities.
